Maxcene Crowe has been in the facilities management industry for 27+ years and has a vision to educate industry leaders, clients, professionals, the under-privileged and disadvantaged all over the world in this truly incredible art of mobilisation and transition. It is not enough to continue accepting the challenges this complex specialism presents. It is time to address these big problems by inspiring, educating and energising the industry to learn, adapt and embed the skills needed to succeed.

Maxcene started her career as an operational facilities manager which has given her a great foundation and depth of understanding that MCFM Global Academy requires for it's learners.

Cat Bampakou is no stranger to you. As Business Unit Director for MyFM, Cat has a proven history in the facilities management industry. Cat's years of experience have helped her to develop a unique depth of capability that now enables Cat to multi-layer resources to subsequently tackle problems and provide organisations with solutions that deliver immediate results. This is most evident in Cat's current role where she has established a unique approach to providing experienced professional managers and service support in the fields of engineering, facilities, property, sustainability and energy management. We are thrilled to have Cat as our Chief Transitions Officer and Academy Business Partner

Education Consultant

Beth Morgan is a well established and experienced teacher, educator, coach, mentor and trainer. Beth brings to the table 25+ years' experience at Senior Vice President level, working in the Global Intelligence and Security Risk sector, and 20+ years in the education field. She has worked extensively throughout EMEA/APAC, and in the US.

Brands she has worked with include BP, Kraft, Starbucks, UN,

The Pentagon, Medtronic, Glaxo, Novartis, Unilever, Red Cross, CGIAR, Vodafone, Nike, IKEA, Diageo, and many more. Beth runs a sustainable development and education Non Government Organisation (NGO) that operates in vulnerable and volatile geopolitical regions of the world.

She has also worked for over two decades as a trainer and mentor for underprivileged, disabled and Special Education Needs (SEN) people of all ages.

Academy Business Partner -On Maternity Leave

Hailey is a CTO at DevelopL, where she leverages her expertise to support leading UAE and international companies in the development of AI and ML software.

Her technical capabilities have earned her recognition as a finalist in esteemed programs such as Google's Women Tech Founders MENA 2021 and Visa's She's Next initiative. Additionally, she has been honored as one of the 50 technology leaders in the Middle East by Engati, solidifying her position as a prominent figure in the industry.

Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science - Honors Degree in Computer Science from UNC-Chapel Hill, was awarded the Leadership & Innovation for Technology Professionals Program at MIT, and completed a postgraduate in Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University.
