The idea for the workshops came from a few years ago, I'd been mobilising and doing some transition projects, and then wanted to actually start moving into educating professionals.
And actually bridging that gap of knowledge in terms of when people mobilise contracts.
The idea of now is to really deliver workshops into companies
so that they can upskill their teams and raise the bar and the standards of mobilisations and also give clients confidence when they are outsourcing their services, to know that they're being delivered to a really good standard.
