The idea for the workshops came from a few years ago, I'd been mobilising and doing some transition projects, and then wanted to actually start moving into educating professionals.

And actually bridging that gap of knowledge in terms of when people mobilise contracts.

The idea of now is to really deliver workshops into companies

so that they can upskill their teams and raise the bar and the standards of mobilisations and also give clients confidence when they are outsourcing their services, to know that they're being delivered to a really good standard.

Expect the workshops to be really interactive and exciting. We start with icebreakers, getting to know each other and with having lockdown, it is nice to actually meet up with people.

We then go through a gap analysis, and that really focusing on where you are now in the business with regard to mobilisation and what stage the company is at.

Then we will do is a session on deprogramming that's really important because any of your old myths or assumptions, things that have not probably been right before we deprogram, get rid of all that so you start from a clean slate. So the session after that follows is reprogramming. It's actually putting in place all the building blocks and the new processes, procedures and documents that you'll need to mobilise successfully. After the workshops finished, then we have life after the session.

We set up then regular accountability sessions, and then follow up meetings to ensure that what you've learned and what you've taken on board will be embedded into the business.

We also have a mobilisation mastery community which you'll become part of receiving great tips, sharing advice, sharing experiences, and also a mobilisation toolkit that includes checklists, risk registers, its assessments , it is all the documentation that you need and the processes you need to continue delivering really high end, exceptional mobilisations and transitions.
