Developing Your Contribution

Over time one begins to wonder and contemplate what purpose and benefits you bring to an organisation (whether it be your own or someone else's). You realise it's all about contribution no matter how big or small. What will you be remembered for? What legacy are you going to leave? How can you contribute to your industry, community, your families?

I often have ideas and know exactly what I wold like to do and how I would like to contribute. Challenges for me include time, opportunities and investment. Of the three challenges if I do not make time somehow the dreams of how I want to contribute will remain as such, never materialising into reality. This concept is simply unacceptable. Two words I must take onboard.....try harder...!!
